A certified trainer in Switzerland, he has 18 years' experience in the luxury goods industry, notably with Richemont and Kering, as well as 5 years as a director in a listed company. An expert in retail and selective distribution, he has developed his expertise between London, Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

    CEO of MCR Groupe, he is an author and speaker for professional organizations such as Chambers of Commerce and General Councils. He regularly runs training courses on commercial excellence. Author of "Prendre les bonnes décisions en moins d'une heure", published by Éditions Eyrolles, as well as numerous articles in Management, RH&M and Action Commerciale, he also published his latest book, "La négociation émotionnelle", by Éditions Kawa in March 2017.

A polyglot, he speaks French, English, Italian and Spanish. A certified trainer and coach in France, he has 10 years' experience in the luxury goods industry with prestigious groups such as Kering, L'Oréal and YSL, as well as 10 years as a consultant coach. He also worked for 7 years as a perfume designer. His expertise spans Paris, Milan and Dubai.

    He holds a Master of Science in Economic Development from the University of Reading and a DESS in International Management France-China from the University of Nantes, and is fluent in French, English, Chinese and Khmer. With 20 years' experience in the luxury goods industry, he has held strategic positions within prestigious groups such as LVMH, Richemont, Kering and Graff. His expertise covers brand management and brand strategy, retail and selective distribution, as well as omnichannel and e-commerce. He has worked in international environments in New York, Paris and Hong Kong.

    He holds a PhD from the University of Lausanne and a Master's degree from HEC Lausanne, and also studied Business and Administration at the University of Kiel. A guest lecturer at EPFL and HEC Lausanne, he is multilingual, mastering English, French, German and Italian. A certified trainer in Switzerland, he has 20 years' experience in learning development and training. Recognized as a leading expert in corporate learning engineering, he also specializes in e-learning, distribution and luxury practices. His international career spans Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich and Munich.

    A graduate of Sophia University, she is fluent in Japanese, English, French and German. A certified image consultant by AICI (Image Consultants International), she is a member of the Global Certification Committee and Vice-President Education of the Tokyo Chapter. With 15 years' experience in training and coaching, she specializes in branding and communication in the luxury goods industry. An image consultant to public figures, she also co-founded a luxury watch brand. Her recognized expertise in watchmaking and jewelry has taken her between Tokyo, Geneva, Zurich, Rome and Germany.
